Ok so here's the tally for month of September and 1st week of October.

Joen: Tuesday and Friday nights not free. The rest dependent on workload so unable to confirm when there'll be OT. Saturdays subjected to workload as well.

Ebi: 14/09 night, 15/09 whole day.

Leney: 1st and 3rd Saturday evenings of the month best not to touch.

Wen: All Free

Me: 15/09 on duty till 16/09. 21/09 duty. 29/09, 30/09 subject to duty but nights are 83.4623% free. Book-in's on Sun nights, so can only make it mostly in the afternoon

Misc.: I'm also assuming ebi and leney got church on Sun mornings.

And the prize goes to...WEN!! Ok. *serious tone* Based on the dates that have been given to me for the one-month forecast (that has been left with 3 weeks), we're unable to meet on weekdays (including Fridays) definitely, since Joen can't make it on Fri nights, and Leney, Ebi and I would be in school/camp respectively. So as for the remaining weekends, the dates are 22/09 Sat (don't worry leney, it's the 4th Sat of the month) full day, 23/09 Sun afternoon to evening, 29/09 Sat full day and 30/09 Sun afternoon, 06/10 Sat morning to afternoon and 07/10 Sun afternoon (tentatively for last 4 dates).
