Something popped into my head while I was taking a shower just now.
On how we should have a proper "reunion" dinner this time round IF both wennie and I happen to be back in sg in august.
Of course we should do the home cooking thing, but I was thinking we could do fine-dining too. Since the last time we met as Taiz - we were still considered "youths". Now we all are full-fledged adults. That's something to celebrate I suppose. Goodness it almost sounds like a disease.
Anyway, I was looking at il lido, that italian restaurant in sentosa. Anyone been there before? Prices are on the steep end, but considering I've paid 4000yen for crappy food here, i wouldn't mind trying out the claimed "best italian restaurant" in sg for the same price!
(p.s. we're all online on skype now! haven't seen this in months. but i'm supposed to be sketching. and be motivated. so i'll just be secretly amused here. )

oh lunch seems more affordable in the fine dining restaurants. also, maybe can check out the other more afforable restaurants under the les amis group.
EH means i have to bring decent clothes back right??? LOL k you all decide and tell me. i prefer lunch leh actually, especially if its gonna be a heavy meal. but you working pple.. free not??

closer to the date we can plan the menu for home-cooking too (apparently ebi makes awesome baked cheese cake!) - although i think that will be difficult, and we'll probably end up pizza/mcdonalds-ing. =P

haha i guess we'll decide closer to the date whether to do atas dining or home potluck. i can do cheesecake and supply alcoholic beverage -wine or sake. the sake that i bought from japan last year needs to be consumed soon!

do u guys miss zi char? i just went to some zichar place at commonwealth, and it was awesome, but also prolly very out of the way. maybe if we are doing the cooking/pot luck at wennie's place, i can tar pau the nice dishes from the zi char place. anyways i might or might not be able to take leave, but i will try :)
